University Sprinklers Learning

Every spring, University Sprinklers hires new (and returning) irrigation installation labour crew and foremen. These staff members need to be trained quickly to be ready for their busy season. University Sprinklers wanted to take their training online, to take advantage of video learning, and allow staff members to train at their own pace. Tracking this learning is a key component, so they can tell when crew are ready to start working on client sites.

A combination of the Divi WordPress framework and LearnDash Learning Management System presented a solid foundation on which to build this training program. Foremen can track their crew’s progression through both video viewing completion, and quiz results. Furthermore, the crew can view the training website on mobile, which means they can refer back to the training videos while on site, to bone up on skills they need as they go.
